When we look back at our journey as a team, Ms.Prasobhas role stands out clearly almost like a guiding thread woven through every stage of our work. I still remember those early mornings when we sat together struggling with unit plans, unsure if we were aligning our learning experiences meaningfully. Ms.Prasobha would join us with a calm approach, listening first, then helping us unpack the learning intentions step by step.

She never worked for ,she worked with us. Whether it was designing assessment tasks, refining learning outcomes, or rethinking inquiry cycles, she always ensured we understood the ‘why’ behind every decision. Her feedback felt supportive, not evaluative, and that made us more confident as educators.
